Heres how we do it.

First, use our form on the previous page to tell us about your project, and get yourself a free estimate.

We will be in touch to tell you how much we think your job will cost based on your specifications.

If that sounds good to you, we will organise a visit with you to put together a plan for your project, measure up the space and talk through the project with you, answering any questions you may have, and discussing all options.

Once were on the same page, and you’re ready to proceed, we will take a small deposit (10%) This will cover our design drawing phase.

Our design drawing phase has unlimited revisions! We will eventually settle on a final design that will be signed off by yourself, and book your slot in our diary. Once we’ve finalised your design, we will present the final exact quote figure, (usually within 5% of the original estimate, depending on exact number of shelves and drawers, handle types, etc,,) and we will take a further 40% deposit for materials, and begin work off site to prepare your furniture for fitting.

On the agreed date, we will arrive and begin fitting your furniture, as well as applying the finishes you have selected.

Once complete, we will collect your final payment, and leave you to enjoy your brand new furniture!

FAQs.

Q : How much does Fitted furniture cost?

A : Fitted furniture is bespoke craftsmanship, specifically built to fit within a certain space, or to fit the shape of a room, maximising every inch of space available. It takes time, and is worth doing properly. It is not a cheap investment, though an investment it is. A small project could cost as little as £1000, whilst a larger project with many features could be well beyond £10,000. Use our free quote builder to find out what your project could cost you.

Q : How long will it take?

A : Bespoke work can be time consuming, and can vary a lot, but most projects are done within a few days on site or less.

Q : What materials are used?

A : There are a few materials that can be used. Solid woods like pine or oak can be used but can set your coffers back a way! We generally recommend MDF. A tough, stable, and durable material when handled correctly, as well as cost effective. Plus, if you desire a painted finish, there’s no better option.

Q : Do I need to clear the room?

A : As long as you provide us with a working area of a few square metres, as close as can be to the fitting location, we will be able to fit your furniture without issue. We will take steps to cover your personal items with dust sheets as some cuts will still need to be made on site to assure a perfect fit.
